Not sure I’ve seen any of these come to public market/auction before, but I may have missed a few. I’d personally fill a few garages with other Porsche’s before spending almost a million on this one, but it is pretty sweet.
And dig that interior...

With all due respect to Singer and the quality of their work ... the colors ? The interior ? T his is just tacky. Shame ...

I’ll say it. The interior is egregiously ugly. Like they didn’t have a plan, but they did have a bin full of parts that would fit. Red trim, blue carpets and orange plaid inserts? It doesn’t work. It looks like a late 70's theme restaurant.

Man singer gets the exterior perfect every time. I’m slightly partial to the guntherwerks cars at this point, but one or the other would be my first post lottery win purchase.

Probably because of the interior.
I agree it’s a bit too much. The seat inserts should have been the focal point and not the seat inserts and the door cars and the IP trim.
I would have done black carpet with the seats as they are. Door cards would be mainly black leather w/the leather arm rests/door pulls. IP would have been black with a “splash” of the seat insert pattern.
Also...modded cars don’t increase the value of cars!!!

I remember being a little kid in the early 90's and the 911 being my favorite car on Need for Speed on my Sega Saturn. I remember being stoked watching the Cobra and 911 go at it in Bad Boys. I had a red 930 Turbo poster on my wall. I remember coming to age when I could drive and air cooled Porsches were still attainable, but just out of touch for a punk teen bussing tables. “Just a few more years”, I’d tell myself as I browsed Auto Trader. I grew up, went to college, graduated and their values did the same. They’re now next level and, again, out of reach. Perhaps they’ll level out and I’ll get there in “just a few more years”.

When I bought my used ‘ 03 boxster in 2012, the 2.7 models were in the $15-20k range. I still have plenty of printouts of ads at the time, as well as marketplace ads from the PCA. You know what else was in the $17-23k range back then ? 911 SCs by the dozen.
While I love my boxster and don’t regret it one bit (I wanted a roadster, and I don’t like 911 cabriolets) , I do sometimes think “ damn....those 911s sell for twice as much now!!!”

Probably because of the interior? Kinda judgey. Who knows why they’re selling. If they just want a different interior it would be a lot easier to just get it re-upholstered, rather than sell the car and go back on the Singer waiting list.
I think the interior looks great but I’ve never been afraid of loud splashes of color. I love seeing the crazy color combos people come up with for their Singers.
